  • All payments are subject to the terms outlined in your individual performance agreement or invoice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule talent in the case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your specific booking agreement. In general:

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.

  • Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions) may result in refunds or rescheduling at our discretion.
