1. Services

Inner Voyage Entertainment provides live music and entertainment services for events including weddings, private parties, corporate functions, hotels, bars, restaurants, and more. We operate in San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and other locations nationwide.

Inner Voyage Entertainment contracts directly with clients to provide live entertainment. We engage professional musicians, bands, and performers as independent contractors to fulfill those engagements. We contract the performers, manage scheduling and production requirements, and are responsible for delivery of the entertainment portion of your event.

Clients contract solely with Inner Voyage Entertainment and have no contractual relationship with individual performers. All fees are payable to Inner Voyage Entertainment.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • A signed booking agreement and deposit may be required to confirm a booking.

  • Final payment is typically due before the date of the event unless otherwise specified.

  • All payments are subject to the terms outlined in your booking agreement or invoice from Inner Voyage Entertainment.

  • Inner Voyage Entertainment reserves the right to substitute performers of comparable caliber, or to reschedule, in the case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will make all reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your specific booking agreement. In general:

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.

  • Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions) may result in refunds or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse this website. All content on www.innervoyagemusic.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Inner Voyage Entertainment or used with permission. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inner Voyage Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for services rendered.

6. Privacy
